About Quechee Lakes Land Owners Association, QLLA

The Quechee Lakes Landowners Assoc., known as QLLA, is tasked to "hold, manage, regulate and maintain" the common land and amenities of the Quechee Development.
The result of their hard work since 1970, is to have created a 4 season resort, that is also a community located within minutes of the Upper Valley and Dartmouth College. Those who choose to make Quechee Lakes their home enjoy a life style unique to the central Vermont and Dartmouth area.

Know around the world for the Quechee Balloon Festival, held on the Village Green, QLLA also manages recreations facilities for children like the swim team, to sports for all ages like tennis, golf,outdoor skating,skiing, and many other supervised programs. There is even a polo field and some great trout fishing!

The Clubhouse is the central focus for all activities in the Quechee Lakes Resort.
For your dining pleasure enjoy the Grille room ,or host your own event in the banquet room. To build up your appetite the clubhouse offers a plethora of activities, most available year round. Take a dip in the indoor lap pool, or in the summer, enjoy sunbathing by the outdoor swimming pool.

There is a fully staffed Health Club onsite offering a free orientation of how to use the state of the art circuit training weight and Cardio equipment. The staff also offers personal training, and health classes.

There are men's and woman's locker rooms with dry saunas, and towel service.
